Lindsay Corcoran, MHA, and Paula Knowles of Stroudwater Associates join Lara Brooks, MS, from the #Oklahoma Office of Rural Health to kick off the 2022-23 Swing Bed Webinar Series. Lindsay reviews how critical access hospitals (CAHs) can leverage the swing bed program to provide essential patient care resources, address hospital capacity issues, and create volume growth. Paula provides a live demonstration of Stroudwater’s Swing Bed Gap Analysis tool. This web-based resource can help CAHs identify opportunities for new swing bed service lines and enhance those already in place. The video lasts approximately 45 minutes.
