Despite the research and infrastructure needs to address HIV in Oklahoma, telemedicine and at-home testing have seen a significant uptake in utilization as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic – further improving the opportunities for HIV prevention.

Presented by the Oklahoma Office of Rural Health, Sherry Longacre, MSN, RN, senior quality improvement facilitator at Telligen, discusses the Telligen QI Connect program. Telligen is the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) designated quality improvement organization (QIO) for Oklahoma.
